Align and prepare
We start with a short intake to clearly define the goals of the training. Who will take part – operators, R&D, or both? What needs to be learned, and to what level? We look at your specific production setup, your product type, and any challenges you’re facing.
Based on this, we create a tailored training plan that fits your team and process. We prepare everything in advance: from planning and documentation to the selection of ingredients and the setup of the VomaPilot. That way, we can make the most of the time on site and ensure a smooth and effective training.
On-site training
We bring the VomaPilot to your location and set everything up so we can get started right away. The training is tailored to your team – whether it’s focused on operating the equipment, cleaning procedures, or process optimisation.
Your operators and R&D staff work hands-on with their own ingredients and workflows, supported by our food technologist and process engineers. Because the training takes place in your own factory, everything learned is directly relevant and immediately applicable.
Evaluate and improve
After the training, we take time to review the results together. What went well? Where is there room for improvement? We provide a clear summary with practical insights and recommendations you can use to further optimise your process.
If needed, we can also help you translate the training into concrete tools – such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) – or provide certificates for the team members who completed the training.
